Just Scratching The Surface

Ive had this app for a week now messing with it off and on and I cant wait for everyone to go back to work and school so I can let it consume me.. Seems like a may have a new favorite..

Werd

Cool beans yo.

Practical

Yummy and fun. Kudos all.

Pretty much the only music program for iOS worth having

Its the only modular studio Ive found that doesnt seem makeshift, but this one is much more than sufficient. Maker did an amazing job with the gui, its the most compelling music software for iOS that Ive found by far, and even if you dont get trackers yet, this is one of the simpler ones in terms of actually coding the music. All the complexity is in the modularity, which you can go really simple or complex with, depending on whatever you feel like doing. Im rambling. Amazing app, only one I have on my phone besides Soundcloud and Instagram

Good tracker/mod/more+

More than worth the $$$. Versatile with great modules.

Awesome!

I am far from technologically skilled. While I have not messed with the tracker yet (I do really like pixitracker, though) I have very easily figured out how to make music in Sunvox, on an iphone. Definitely a top notch app, and I have lots of them. Its all about the journey.

WOW. Unbelievable

After a short time I can see that this is a game-changer for my music on iOS. All of the sampler functionality that I love is here, the effects are very good and the app is extremely rich in features, offering many things that Ive hoped for in other apps like ping pong sample looping and plenty of parameters to keep CPU and RAM usage under control. SunVox is a completely stable work environment and very customizable. Thank you very much to the developer and to those who support SunVox.

Lots of Power and Flexibility

A lot of people may find themselves turned off by the tracker interface but you can avoid it completely by playing Sunvox via core or virtual midi. Using samples (including image files), effects, and synthesis are all available as well as IAA and Audiobus. There are a multitude of modules with configurable options to choose from and combine together. The app runs efficiently. There are videos online that show how to do a wide variety of things. Its cross platform, OSX, Windows, Linux. If youre willing to put in the time to learn Sunvox, you wont be disappointed. The app is updated regularly, new features are added, and there is a strong user community.

Crazy strong stunner

Ongoing deep brilliant updates. The raw computer music power of this application passed up all the other iOS studio apps a long time ago. Really. Zolotov rules.

incredible

trully impressed. a pleasure to use

Great quality sounds!!

Pretty easy to work and has lots of good voices sounds

If you like depth and features...

Still love this app. Unmatched flexibility. Still not completely comfortable on the interface, but this app takes up so little space that it allows me to load more samples into it. Worth it. I might still buy Nanostudio2, but the more I learn this app, the more I think I may not. 5+ stars. PS: learn to use the Sampler module. Youll be glad you did. Update: Alexander Zolotov is the most consistently decent developer on the app store. He keeps updating Sun Vox! How many debs have simply abandoned their apps to make new apps so that they can charge the public for it a second time? Many, and they know who they are. Not so with Zolotov. Buy this app. Support this dev. Hes a guy doing what he loves; hes good at it; he should get paid. Yeah. This is the app you want. I have had it for such a long time and I was intimidated by its interface. I was missing a lot and I spent too much money on apps that basically do what this app does. This means that Im an idiot. This app has a sampler, a pad generator, a basic generator, drum synth, fm generator, and on an on. Its audiobus compatible. Its got audio copy/paste. Its got midi compatibility. Its got so many other things, as well, that I am not going to bother to list here because theyre listed in the app description. I also own Nanostudio. Nanostudio is a great, great app, but I would say that Sun Vox does just as much and even more than Nanostudio. The big advantage of Nanostudio is the interface, which is easier. But Sun Vox costs way less! And the interface is actually very learnable. Once you learn it, its even lovable. If youre on the fence about this app, go ahead and buy it before you spend a lot of money on some other studio app. Take the time to learn it and it will pay off. Alexander Zolotov makes some of the greatest apps for the money that you can find in the App Store.

My fav ipad music app

Bit of a curve to get used to but once you get it, youll love it. Feels like a simple low bit max msp environment. Im hoping it gets even deeper!

Game-Changer

Unparalleled level of control and customization on an iOS app (or any other mobile platform for that matter). For serious musicians and noise makers.

The best modular mobile synth ever

Thx for the update to os 3.1. This is hands down, the most powerful electronic music studio available on the iPhone. I have them all. And nothing does modular synthesis as on time and stable as this app does.

Started with Pixietracker & Graduated to This

I first learned about SunVox when I bought Pixietracker and what blew me away was the universality of the app. It is available on Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and more. It is deep and can do everything you want in a music app. The price is minimal compared to the benefit of having an app you can have on every device you own. Take your time to learn it and it will give you years of enjoyment.

Great to learn Tracking

I always want learn tracking, and this is a great tool to do that with. He gives it away for free at site, for computers, but this iPhone version is worth every penny and more.

Thanks so much

Amazing bro , my dream on my pocket , really amazing !!!! , is possible cloud storage or ftp for sound banks ? , this app is complete , u are God !!!

Almost perfect..

This app is deep. The sound is beautiful and gritty..great 90s techno way. Communicates well with the outside world, but lacks one very important thing - Midi clock sync! This single missing feature is the missing link in utilizing SunVox in my hardware studio. Almost there SV! I would also love to be able to utilize the keyboard shortcuts from a bluetooth keyboard, but it seems that it doesnt even work with a USB keyboard yet.

Very Powerful

Easily the best music tracker Ive ever used. This version has just as much functionality as the desktop version. Runs great on iPhone 5s
